Joe Gioiele is a Digital & Technology leader with 20+ years of experience across FMCG/manufacturing and regulated financial services, specialising in shared-services (SSA) management, business partnering and PMO governance.
He builds end-to-end delivery operating models, including PMO / Centres of Excellence, SAFe-aligned ways of working and Lean Portfolio Management, underpinned by SLA and vendor governance and financial stewardship across CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting and business cases.
He currently leads D&T Change, Portfolio & Performance for a global brewing and consumer goods group's Polish operating company, based in Warsaw, Poland, governing a €100M+ annual portfolio and leading a delivery capability of 8 direct reports and a 40 to 50 person team.
